Participant cancellation

Refund or transfer eligibility may depend on the specific program, notice period and costs already committed. Contact EdTech Hub as early as possible.

EdTech Hub cancellation or rescheduling

If EdTech Hub changes or cancels a scheduled activity, registered participants will be informed of the available rescheduling, transfer or refund options.

Program-specific terms

Where a course, workshop or funded project has its own written cancellation conditions, those conditions apply to that registration.
